EFT Tapping Therapy

EFT is a very quick and powerful technique, used for helping people with any emotional issue; this exciting therapy is replacing tradition talk therapies. Up to now the Counsellor /Psychiatrist would take many months or even years to make any improvements to their Clients issues. Some people have even been in therapy for over 20years and still not got over their fears. With EFT improvement can be in a matter of minutes and even with complex issues noticeable improvement will be achieved in just a few sessions, the intensity of their problems being washed permanently out of their system. Remarkably removing emotional issues has time after time produced physical healing. Issues that EFT has been proved to be very good at collapsing include PTSD, Fears, Phobias, & Addictions.

Reiki Healing

Reiki has been practised in the west since 1970, before this time it was only taught in Japan. Now Reiki has spread to all corners of the earth. Reiki is a beautifully relaxing and gentle therapy where the Reiki Master connects their client to the Universal Energy, moving this healing energy through their hands into their clients chakras. This treatment will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and often amazed at how peaceful you have felt.

The Bowen Technique

The Bowen Technique is a gentle soft touch therapy, which produces outstanding results for injuries, aches and pains, migraines, general posture problems; in fact Bowen can address most physical problems even eczema, and asthma. During the treatment you will be amazed how little work that is done to your body, in fact most of the time you will be left alone for the energy to move and the healing to start. Andy will set the moves in specific points on your skin or through light clothes, you may then even feel the healing starting as an energy flow or a tingling. Then when a few minutes have passed and your body is ready, more moves are done until after an hour your whole system has been energised. Quite often pain will simply disappear by the end of the treatment.

Allergy Antidotes TM

Allergy Antidotes is a relatively new way of helping people with allergies. The Technique involves using Applied Kinesiology to muscle test for sensitivities, then using a variety of techniques to try to help the body accept exposure to the allergen without over reacting. This technique is 100% safe and does not involve any exposure to the actual allergen. Then muscle testing is used to test for any changes in sensitivities.
